So, my BFF Shea had her sweet little boy three weeks ago and I have yet to get my hands on him!
Combine the holiday rush with some touch and go runny noses and it makes it kinda hard to get out that way to see him…..but this weekend will hopefully change that!
John Holden Brooks was born on December 2.

weekend recap:
Caroline and I went to Oriental this weekend to join Mimi, Sara and Cade for the Spirit of Christmas celebration.
Oriental is such an enjoyable little town and the locals are so welcoming. This was the second time we had been for the festive weekend and even though it was a cold, wet weekend, we made the best of what we had and enjoyed girl time (Cade was the only male exception we allowed!)
