two years ago today, i was certain you were coming to meet me. i remember it because i thought ‘how cool if caroline comes two days after her daddy’s birthday (the 18th)…which comes two days after our anniversary (the 16th!’) i was thinking how awesome our Julys would be from here on out with an every-other-day reason to celebrate.
two years ago today, i got de-nied. this was the beginning of a very long three days to follow.
my belly is in knots as we approach your second birthday on friday. TWO YEARS? TWO? gah.
